I woke up drowsy today, yet managed to feed the guys before school and work, then brushed my face, washed my teeth (maybe the other way around? (still asleep I confess!), and I finally was ready to start the day off right!
Spring Holidays are around the corner here and we are ready to hit Alsace for some relaxing biking and wine shopping, some wine tasting too (then biking will be very interesting!).
We have been to Alsace already, we will be now visiting two new gems: Eguisheim and Turckheim.
Can’t wait to be there and finally have some quality time with everyone in the family. I know it happens to you as well, we are all on the same boat at some point in our lives, but lately it has been a dense sequence of virus and tiredness so we really need to recharge the batteries!
Sun is shining today and, while on my bed thinking about the hundreds things I should do, I couldn’t help but wander and decided to head to one of my absolute fav bar in Zürich: Gluck Meilen.
This coffee place, which is also a kitchen and much more, stunned me since the beginning for its stylish interiors and yet its laid-back atmosphere.
Warm and cosy during Winter when you sit in front of an amazing fire lit up at the back of the local, lightly and lively during Spring and Summer, with all the beautiful windows surrounding the whole place.
The counter inside at the entrance is always filled with delicious food and you can be easily tempted by all sort of sweets and delicacies!
The cappuccino is good, creamy and tasty, I tried the espresso but sadly, I was never lucky.
You let me know your opinion when you’re going there, the place is unmissable if you live in Zürich!
